    I've driven by this place many times over the years. I live over an hour away, but frequently drive up to Buffalo to go shopping. And, Sat night, I decided to stop. I looked over the online menu while in the parking lot so that I wouldn't be clueless inside. I glanced at a menu sitting on the counter and menu and prices matched what was online. Pizza was excellent. (My nickname is Dr Pizza, I know my pizza.). I only got one slice, as I wanted to try a sub. The sub was also excellent. Prices were very reasonable, (it's definitely a bargain to get a whole sub instead of a half.). I'll be making it a regular stop in the future.

    Update: after I posted this, I finally received an email back 10 days after I submitted my feedback to them. Increasing from 2 to 4 stars. I haven’t had Santora’s in a very long time. I ordered for myself and a visiting guest and our order was not ready at the time quoted. It took an extra 30 minutes when we were quoted 30 minutes. A medium pizza and cheesesticks took 1 hour. We ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there barely was any sauce on it. I wouldn’t normally write a bad review but I reached out to them via their contact form on their website and no one got back to me. Poor customer service.
